What's my referral code?
Your referral code will be what you put in the "referral" section while signing up.
What does the discount my code offers?
Your code will give people that utilize it 10% off their entire order.
How much commission do I earn?
You earn 10% commission on orders that use your code. (You do not earn commission on your own orders. You should use FAMILY20 for personal orders.)
How and when do I get paid?
You have access to your ambassador portal at the bottom of our website "Ambassador Login" that allows you to track how many times your code was used. It typically takes 3-5 business days after your code was used to show up on your ambassador portal.
Commissions earned from referral orders (an order someone placed utilizing your referral code) are held for at least 30 days after they are placed due to our 30 day return policy. If a customer who used your code returns their order it will void that sale and commission (Your commission and referral order is still valid if the referral customer requests an exchange). After the 30 day period has passed we will send your due commission payouts between the 1st-3rd or the 15th-17th of each month via Cashapp or Paypal.
You will be sent any commissions due to the payment method you chose when you originally filled out the ambassador application (Paypal or Cashapp). Please ensure your payment method works. You will receive an email to the email address linked to your ambassador account from us notifying that we sent you a commission payout.
